Treatment for horse & rider
Treating horse and rider can be invaluable, as our weaknesses, strengths and imbalances as riders certainly transfer to the horse and effect the horse's way of going and their development. Having a knock on effect to your horse's welfare and your competition results!
- Do you feel you have odd stirrup length
- Do you collapse one hip
- Sit deeper through one seat bone
- Stronger in one shoulder
- Had previous injuries such as a broken ankle, fractured shoulder etc
- Have back / neck pain
Above are just a few issues that riders suffer from and that can affect our riding. Treating you and your horse can be an excellent tool. My treatment room is in my home, it is not a clinic environment, and you don't have to undress or wear clinic gowns! Just arrive in jogging bottoms and a t shirt and be prepared to switch off and relax! I often travel to yards with my massage bed so I can treat horse and rider on site, this can be discussed when you call for an appointment.
